Destiny's empowerment strategy aims to include the management and staff of our invested companies, and at achieving the broadest base of HDSA participation that is appropriate and possible for the companies concerned. Our empowerment priorities also include:

•  Co-investments and skills sharing with other BEE groups;

•  Employment equity and skills development consulting to Destiny invested companies; and

•  Social upliftment through active community development programs
