Destiny operates as an independent investment firm. We currently do not manage any third party funds, and do not have a preferential relationship with any institutional investors/financiers. Over time, this may change as we seek to consolidate and build upon those relationships that will have been successful .

We always seek the optimal sources of financing for our investment structures and for our portfolio companies without prejudice or favour, although where third-party equity co-investors are considered necessary, we first extend such an invitation to our strategic equity partner, VenFin.

Each company in our portfolio is managed and financed on its own merits and for its own maximum value performance.

Every transaction that Destiny seeks to enter into is diligently analyzed, structured, financed and ultimately managed independently of other companies that may be in our investment portfolio or transactions that we may be considering or executing.

Destiny prides itself on being an interested partner in creating value to the management of our invested companies. We participate actively on the boards of our companies as an expert financial, strategic and advisory resource to management . In this regard, we typically encourage (and arrange financing for) the management and staff of our target companies to be able to take significant stakes in our target companies alongside Destiny.

We believe that our ownership of a company delivers freedom to management that results in increased operational speed and nimbleness thereby enhancing performance . Our partnerships with management and staff therefore facilitate our approach of being involved patient long-term investors . We are able to focus together with staff and management on building cash flow and shareholder value through operating efficiencies, and through generating top line growth

Our approach necessitates a long term investment horizon. Destiny anticipates that the average time period over which we will own a company is seven years
